Collecting accurate data regarding digital resource access for our PHCS Panther students will greatly help our staff and faculty better serve students and families. We are asking parents or guardians to complete a short Digital Equity survey (for each student in the family) in grades Kindergarten – Grade12. This survey will provide information on student access to devices and the internet at home. The survey can be found by going to the USER Defined field in SchoolTool, and clicking on the green PLUS next to the NYS Digital Resource Questionnaire dropdown. (More detailed instructions are attached- click HERE or open below.) It will only take a minute!
If you are not signed up in SchoolTool with a parent portal please call the Guidance Office to set one up. You can call Ms. Johnston at (315) 265-4642 ext. 24421.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
