Miss Spicer is teaching the students about Winter Olympics that will be taking place in Beijing, China. Today she and Mr. Snyder created a “website” so that the students could explore some of the sports. The students are able to hear the text, see the words and watch the sport in action. Stay tuned for phase 2 when the students write about the Olympics. SO MUCH LEARNING IS HAPPENING HERE!!!

Way to go, Panthers!

Due to road conditions, PHCS is on a 2 hour delay today, Thursday, February 3.

Global 9 students in Mr. Votra's class did a good deed today and helped Ms. Kennen. They stacked some firewood which had been donated by the Hopkinton Fort Jackson Fire Department for outdoor education.
The class and their teachers then walked out to the outdoor classroom fire pit, shoveled the pit, cleaned off the benches, and started a nice fire! Here are before/after pics of their hard work!

Boys and Girls Modified Basketball games scheduled for tonight have been postponed and there will NOT be practice after school today. Thank you.
